General Information

Select the ‘cash on delivery’ payment method for in store pick-up delivery in the shopping cart page and select ‘place order’. An ‘order number’ will be received on the Order Complete page and a notification will be sent when order is ready for pick-up.
Select the ‘home delivery’ option, select the online payment method in the shopping cart page, complete the ‘Billing Details’ form and select ‘place order’. When payment has been confirmed, an ‘order number’ will be sent on the Order Complete page.
By logging-in our website and going to ‘My Account’ page.

Personal information collected and stored when registering an account such as names, date of birth, postal billing address, email address, etc.
To be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Order

Rest assured that all payments on online websites are secured by the https protocol. When paying on our website, the banking information is encrypted during the transaction for a purchase. This information will never circulate unencrypted on the internet. In addition, at no time is the card number recorded and when it is indicated in the secure payment area, the information reaches the bank directly.

A voucher is simple to use on the shopping cart page, click on ‘’Click here to enter your code’’ after entering the code, click on ‘’Apply coupon’’. Then the total amount of ‘’Your order’’ is automatically recalculated.

In the event, of a mismatch between the ordered product and the delivered product, you must not accept the delivery and immediately inform us for the return. If you notice that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged at the time of delivery and contact us immediately on 2113182 or by sending an email to onlineshop@numelecltd.com with the order number and a picture of the product delivered.

Modification and/or cancellation of order

If an order is not yet ready for delivery or is not ready to be collected in store, it can be modified or cancelled by us. Simply contact us by phone on 211 3182 or by email on onlineshop@numelecltd.com.
In the event that the order is ready and available for home delivery or is ready to be collected in store, the deletion or modification of an item is no longer possible. In case the order is not ready for home delivery or is not ready for in-store collection, then contact us and we will remove the item from the order.
A period of 24 hours is available from the delivery of your order to return the products. To make the return, bring the order number and the products that you want to return, the products must be in their original packaging and the items must not have been used.

Home delivery

Home delivery is free, if the order is greater or equal to Rs 3,500.00*. If the order value is less than Rs 3,500.00*, a delivery fee of Rs 200.00 will be applied. 

* Size limit for above is 80cmx80cmx80cm. 

For order above 5Kg and over size limit as stated above, Numelec Ltd will issue a quotation.

The delivery time is within 3 working days after receipt of payment of the total amount due for the ordered products.

In-Store delivery

The collection of ordered products in store is on working days during store opening hours, between 8:30am. and 5:00pm. on weekdays and between 8:30am and 12:00 on Saturday. A notification will be sent when order is ready for pick-up.

Your ID Card, the order number and the notification that the order is ready for delivery in store.

You have a period of 24 hours from the delivery in store to return the products. The original invoice is required, the products must be in their original packaging and must not have been used.
You have only two working days, after receipt of the notification that your order is ready, for collection.
